Pasta salad with Feta PDO
Ingredients: (Serves 4)
- 300 g. fusilli
- 200 g. feta P.D.O., diced
- 20 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 20 Kalamata olives, pitted
- 2 medium cucumbers, diced
- Fresh arugula leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Process:
Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large salad bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, toss well and serve chilled.
