Pasta with Feta PDO, Cherry Tomatoes & Hazelnuts

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 500 g pasta of your choice
  • 200 g Feta PDO
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 40–50 g hazelnuts, lightly roasted
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh basil
  • Freshly ground pepper

Process:

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and sauté gently in olive oil in a non-stick pan.

Drain the pasta and transfer to the pan.

Add crumbled feta cheese and gently stir to combine.

Sprinkle with finely chopped hazelnuts, fresh basil and pepper.

Serve immediately.
