Cheese pie

Ingredients

Process:

In a large bowl, grate the feta cheese and add freshly ground pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs with a wire whisk and pour them into the bowl with the feta cheese. Add the milk and 70 gr. olive oil and mix.
In a baking pan, lay out one to three sheets of village pastry, sprinkling a little olive oil in between. Add the filling and spread evenly. Add the remaining three sheets, sprinkling olive oil in between. Turn the edges of the sheet that stand out inward. Cut into pieces. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 1 hour.
